What’s your return policy?

Once an order has been processed and shipped. we only offer store credit, in order to receive credit hair must be in the same condition you received it (not unbundled, washed, installed or dyed)


Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we provide international shipping.

We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes Due to the fact we require an adult signature.

Shipping:

At Conceal Virgin Hair we are committed to providing the highest quality hair extensions in the world, We stand by the same standard when it comes to our shipping and customer services process. Your Order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days using FedEx at which time you will be provided with tracking information. Our Standard method is ground for expedited shipping choose at checkout.

 We only ship to billing address of the credit/ debit card used at checkout NO EXCEPTIONS.


How Many Bundle Should I Purchase?

A full sew-in will need 2 bundles of hair for lengths 10”-16”. We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 18”-24”. Lengths 26” and above we recommend 4 bundles. All recommendation is to provide you with a natural look. If you want a fuller look it’s your preference and would require adding an additional bundle.


Can I Color The Hair?

Yes, you are able to color hair purchased from Conceal Virgin Hair, however we are not responsible for damage caused to hair by improper techniques, Once treated it is no longer virgin hair and should  be treated with conditioner and moisturizer


How Long Does Hair Last?

We have some of the highest quality hair in the world. Therefore, it’s capable of lasting 1 year or more, due to feedback from our clients, your treatment and maintenance will determine the hair longevity. We have clients where the wig has lasted 5 years.


How Do I Choose The Right Wig?

There are several types of wigs part which is a unit made so that you can leave out the crown of your natural hair. Closure unit that covers that crown of your natural hair. This type of unit doesn’t require glue and provide a natural way to look beautiful while not having to deal frizzing or other hair issues you may deal with when wearing your natural hair frontal unit is similar to Closure unit by covering the crown of your head, but it does require glue periodically. This type of unit is when you want the “baby hair “look as is if the hair is coming out the scalp.
